Casa Tucan Hotel Playa del Carmen

I loved the details, like staff and food, they were excellent. The room was with ac.

Best staff and central location.

Our stay here was wonderful, great base for exploring Playa del Carmen. Comfy bed, clean bathroom and a safe box, a mini-bar and an iron in the room. The location was stunning, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Quinta Avenida. Its proximity to a bus station.

It was a nice place for our great stay. The location was awesome, just 5 min walk from Quinta Avenida. Pleasant restaurant within walking distance of the hotel.

It was fairly clean and pleasant place, had fantastic location and rooms.

The location was unbeatable, around 10-15 minutes walk from an art museum. The restaurant was small here, I had excellent dishes.

everything was wonderful, thoroughly enjoyed our very good stay. the staff was helpful and amicable, the breakfast offered was gorgeous with lots of food. central location not far from beach, really loudy bars/restaurants and casa tucan, it was in a safe area.

Our experience here was very very good. Comfortable beds, a minibar and an iron were a nice touch. Central location and walk from a bus station. The property was close to the beach.

Didn't like the area, it was uncomfortable.

The staff were fine, the rooms was absolutely STUNNING at all times. The area was very very nice, a good base for me. The continental breakfast was delicious and plentiful, a wide range of options. Stunning views and beautiful garden.

I thoroughly enjoyed location and staff - they were wonderful. The bathroom was lovely & the bedroom was spacious. They made my stay outstanding. There was Los Gaxpachos in the vicinity, I ate lunch there. Restaurant in hotel was very nice and the pool area was clean.

As for me, the area was quite uncomfortable.

We enjoyed the lovely furniture and secure location.

All GOOD — we enjoyed our stay — food was good and very welcoming staff. Hotel was overall clean. Truly relaxing venue, 10 minutes' walk from the downtown. Gorgeous garden and lovely pool.

I had an exceptional time and would stay here again. The room was original and the staff were professional, it had excellent wi-fi. Fantastic view, a nice balcony, very big bed, too. Easy check in and late check out. Furthermore, the parking was nearby and convenient.

Affordable hotel and a bright room. The staff was absolutely kind and the service was courteous at the venue. And it also had nice view. I loved an average restaurant with a Spanish menu...
